I'm a super picky eater, which can be a hindrance when traveling. Tortilla Espanola was my go-to food in Spain. It's eggs, potato and onion that come looking like a slice of pie. It looks like the lovechild of an omelet and a quiche. I haven't tried this recipe yet but hope that by putting it up here, I will hang on to it and give it a go very soon.
